Inventors challenge
The Inventors Challenge (DĂ©fi Inventeur et Inventrice) is an initiative aimed at encouraging innovation among scientists affiliated with DIM BioConvS. It promotes the valorization of inventions through group stimulation, enhancing collective creativity. Open to students, researchers, and engineers within DIM BioConvS, it focuses on biotherapy, bioproduction, and synthetic biology.

HEC and BioConvS have launched CDL-BIOCONVERGENCE, an international start-up accelerator in ĂŽle-de-France for health biotechnologies. The program supports early-stage French companies developing scientific innovations to enhance economic productivity and well-being, focusing on strengthening startups, optimizing positioning, and showcasing French excellence at the global level.

Call for Expression of Interest - POD
The POD call for expressions of interest supports innovative biotherapy projects by providing access to cutting-edge technological platforms (IVETH, Magenta/ART-TG, Meary). The goal is to accelerate the transition to clinical trials through specialized expertise in bioproduction and gene therapy.
Our postdoc call is open
BioConvS will fund two 2-years postdoctoral positions on projects at the interface between synthetic biology and biotherapy.

Call "Grands projets de recherche, développement et innovation, liés aux filières prioritaires"
Île-de-France Region is launching a call for collaborative projects in priority sectors, funded by the European Regional Development Fund, with a budget of €4–6M. Eligible consortia (minimum one SME) must propose innovative solutions in strategic areas, including health and bioproduction. Application submissions will conclude in 2025.
